We took this blank commercial unit in Dubai Hills Business Park and transformed it into a fully functional, high-spec office space tailored around the client’s needs, brand, and workflow.
The project included a full interior fit-out: restructured layouts, custom workstations, executive offices, meeting rooms, breakout zones, and a sleek reception area. Every detail, from the lighting design to acoustic treatments and integrated tech, was planned to enhance both form and function.
