Site Manager
Frankly Built is seeking a proactive and experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations for luxury villa and premium commercial fit-out projects across Dubai. This is a hands-on role requiring deep construction knowledge, on-site leadership, and the ability to drive quality, safety, and progress in line with demanding project standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-end construction sites, coordinating multiple trades, and ensuring all works are completed to specification, on time, and to the highest standard. A strong understanding of finishing, MEP integration, site safety, and local authority compliance is essential.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring alignment with program and drawings
• Supervise trades, subcontractors, and site labour to maintain workflow and quality
• Manage daily site coordination, sequencing of works, and material deliveries
• Conduct quality checks, enforce safety protocols, and maintain compliance with Dubai regulations
• Liaise with Project Managers, consultants, and suppliers to resolve site issues efficiently
• Monitor and report site progress, variations, and risks to management
• Ensure detailed joinery, MEP installations, and premium finishes are executed as
specified
Qualifications & Experience
• Trade background or diploma in Construction, Building, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience as a Site Manager or Foreman in Dubai
• Strong knowledge of local construction practices, authority requirements, and finishing standards
• Ability to read drawings, manage programs, and handle live-site challenges
• Strong leadership and communication skills, fluent in English
• Familiar with MS Project, WhatsApp site reporting, and digital snagging tools
• DDA, DM, or Trakhees experience is highly regarded
